Mike Bevis (Bevis Concrete) along with his crew pouring the concrete slab for Grandma Bet's home. If we can continue to stay on schedule, concrete block will be delivered on Friday (2-13-09) of this week and Derrick Robinson (TMR Robinson Construction, Inc.) will start laying the block on Monday (2-16-09) of next week.
REMINDER: We have a Kingdom Builders meeting on Monday (2-16-09) at 7:00 PM (First Baptist Church of Lake Placid).
As we continue to share God's love, he has laid on my heart that we need to to pray for all those (whom we come in contact with through this project) who do not know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior (Acts 1:8). After speaking with Grandma Bet today, we both came to realize the POWER of LOVE and PRAYER.

That is so amazing Scott! From the outside looking in (on this project), it is so awesome to see how many unchurched people are volunteering their talents and time. That is ALL God! Lives will be touched like you can never imagine, or possibly never see. Thank you for being obedient to God's call. Game girl!
